Become a Pilot, with Employment Guaranteed!

Upon successful completion of our Pilot Training course, ACA cadets are guaranteed twelve months fulltime paid employment with a regional airline or charter operator as First Officers on turbo-prop aircraft.

This industry experience and employment is the most valuable part of the cadetship as it enables you to gain approximately 600-800 flight hours of experience in regional airline/ larger charter operations, as well as to network and make vital contacts within the aviation industry.
